The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Project Manager – Climate and economy in the ClimateXChange Secretariat. ClimateXChange is Scotland's centre of expertise connecting climate change research and policy, and is funded by the Scottish Government. The small ClimateXChange Secretariat team is based at the Edinburgh Climate Change Institute (ECCI).
The role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of ClimateXChange's portfolio of work related to economy and finance, providing evidence for policies across a range of policies relevant to the Climate Change Plan, Just Transition Plans and the Scottish National Adaptation Plan. The post-holder will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the ClimateXChange programme currently scheduled to run until March 2025.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
