The Executive Recruitment team is responsible for working across all divisions of the group to support senior level hiring and ensure we have the right talent in place to build the Bank of the Future.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to;

  • Providing Talent Intelligence, including salary & role benchmarking to support the group to shape appropriate and externally attractive roles through knowledge of the external talent landscape.
  • Talent mapping for wide ranging roles across our various divisions to reduce our time to hire for critical leaders through ongoing engagement with top talent in key skills areas.
  • Ongoing engagement with future talent to enhance awareness and interest in our brand in the external market.
  • Supporting Executive Recruiters to identify inclusive talent for live vacancies.
Desirable Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Years financial services research experience gained in either an in house or executive search firm environment

  • Proven track record of working on C suite hires and preparing search reports / market insight / market maps
  • Proven track record of juggling multiple assignments and prioritising work with the ability to deliver research work at pace
  • Strong communication skills and experience of influencing executive stakeholders
  • Experience of mentoring and developing team members to build robust internal research capability
