Due to continued growth AC Gold are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator/Coordinator to support our multi trade contracts. Construction knowledge and experience would be beneficial to this role.You'll be responsible for the coordination of information from project commencement through to completion. You'll work closely with the Operations Management team to ensure the smooth running of multi trade contracts.
- Logging new jobs received and creation of job packs for various trades
- Updating project schedules and project planner to include projects, holiday, absences
- Daily management of project mailbox
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to organise others and manage several trades operating in conjunction
- Management of paperwork returns, liaising with Management and Supervisors
- Ability to work flexibly and creatively to meet multiple deadlines
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of organising meetings, minute taking, actions and follow up
- Ability to contribute to a great team culture, as well as working on your own projects
- Excellent IT skills

£23,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
