    Job summary

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Information Services Manager to join United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust (ULHT) reporting directly to the Associate Director of Performance & Information.

    We are looking for a highly motivated information professional to lead in the development and provision of information to support the Trust's business objectives.

    The Information Services Team is made up of highly skilled individuals working together to provide an essential support service to internal stakeholders and external customers. This role will lead the Information Management team.

    Main duties of the job

    You will be responsible for leading a team of Information Analysts providing information, reports, analysis and data flows to support various departments within ULHT as well as external agencies, and fulfilling statutory obligations in relation to national returns to the Department of Health.

    An expert in PbR and RTT, you will directly influence the success of the Trust and you'll also shape the direction and contribution the team will have to the Trust, working alongside other workstreams within Performance & Information, as well as other Directorates & Divisions.

    You will have excellent analytical, presentational and managerial skills, must possess a Masters degree qualification or equivalent, or equivalent experiences, be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office packages, SSRS and SQL, and have a strong commitment to achieving results. Experience of PowerBI is desirable.

    Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise a heavy workload to work effectively under pressure in order to meet the increasing timetable of deliverables. As part of a dedicated team there will be the need not only to be a team player but have the ability to work on your own initiative. Applicants will also be expected to show evidence of ongoing professional and managerial development.

  • oMasters Degree or equivalent level qualification in a numerate/analytical discipline
