We are currently working with a fantastic authority that is looking for a Strategic Executive Assistant to CEO

Role Information

Role is temporary for 9 months supporting Interim CEO. We will look to recruit to the role permanently once the permanent CEO has been appointed.

Must be able to commit for next 9 months.

Role is hybrid so will need to be flexible to come into the office 2/3 days per week (Guildhall Complex, Kingston) / work from home.

Full time - 36 hours p/week

Top 6 Must Haves

Experience working at board level or supporting senior management/CEO level.
Experience working within a Local Authority, minuting meetings and liaising with Members
Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Complex diary management experience / experience of Google/GSuite products
Must be able to commit for next 9 months.
Must be flexible to come into the offices 2/3 days per week (Kingston)
