    We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile utilities clients. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join them for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.

    Job Purpose:

    Working as part of the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to identify top talent, starting with the vacancy brief through to offer whilst ensuring a fantastic candidate and stakeholder experience.

    To find the talent we need, you will identify and engage with individuals who possess the desired qualifications and skills for specific roles by reviewing their application and directly sourcing them.

    You will think much wider than the role someone has applied for and proactively look to place top talent within the business.

    You will look to promote the company and the employer of choice by using social media, leveraging our brand and your professional network which allows us to secure the best talent and give us visibility in the marketplace.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Candidate Management. Ensure candidates are kept informed of where they are in the process, answer any questions they might have and advise on why joining the company is the right move for them.
    • End-to-end recruitment. From taking the brief to making the offer, you will focus on providing an efficient and effective process which gets the business the best talent in the shortest time.
    • Understanding the role. Asking questions will help build knowledge around the role, department and wider company which will position you to best sell the opportunity and screen candidates.
    • Job Advert. You will tailor all adverts to the intended audience to ensure we stand out from the competition and attract top talent.
    • Sourcing. Proactive sourcing of candidates from various channels, such as Boolean job board sourcing to database and social media.
    • Analytics and reporting. Keep track of metrics such as conversion rates, how many passive candidates turned into applicants, how many sourced candidates got to the interview stage etc. Use this date to optimise the sourcing strategy and processes.
    • Employer Brand promotion. Generate interest and traffic in the company's vacancies and promote the company brand.

    Knowledge, Experience & Technical Know How:

    • Engineering background, or experience of engineering processes and roles
    • Successful end-to-end experience in the field of Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
    • Passionate about candidate sourcing and innovative recruitment techniques to secure the best talent.
    • Expertise with various sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems.
    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to converse with a variety of candidates.
    • Superb relationship management skills, experience in building and maintain long term networks.
    • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
    • Knowledge of relevant UK Employment Legislation
    • Ability to quickly make decisions.

    Location:

    This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from either the clients Warwick office at least 1 day a week.

    Working hours:

    Standard working hours with some flex where required.
