- Set up of standardised international reporting across product & purchasing functionswithin the Acco Only remit
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of existing reports
- Maintain and monitor consistency of data across markets
- Understand differences in KPI tracking across markets and harmonize where possible
- Creation of ad-hoc reports and business analyses using BI Tools and Excel
- Support Product & Purchasing in the creation of Business Cases by setting up and developing easy to use templates
- Regular communication towards Product & Purchasing teams regarding existing and new reporting
- Gather requests for further reports
- Leading and participating in internal and international AO projects focussed on reporting
- Commercial or IT education, ideally university studies
- A confident professional with relevant experience in data analysis in an international work environment with cross-market matrix teams
- Passionate about data, proven experience with setting up reportings
- Experience in leading and participating in complex projects
- Experience in creating business cases
- Expert user of MS Excel, solid knowledge in the other MS Office programs (Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote)
- Knowledge about Acco Only Product
- Understanding of requirements of the Product & Purchasing teams
- Proven ability to manage relationships with large teams and stakeholders across functions and at all levels
- Good commercial and decision-making skills
- Experience with visualization tools
- The role requires fluent business English (written & spoken), additional languages are beneficial
