- Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent; Fellow of CIPD preferred.
- Proven senior-level HR experience within healthcare and charity sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with an ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Valid UK Driving Licence & car essential for regular travel.
