    Are you a driven, ambitious graduate, ready to take the next step in your real estate career? We are looking for junior asset managers to join us at our regional office in Birmingham.

    Under the leadership of experienced senior colleagues, you'll assist with asset management strategy and lease and property management.

    You'll work alongside our international team to drive the management of our premium asset portfolio, while making great connections and building Mileway's local and national relationships.

    Carry out financial analysis and assist with preparing property budgets and reports


    • Assist investment activities with market data collection and deck preparation
    • Track the risk criteria for each asset, spot red flags and inform the management team of any warning signals.
    Deliver insights through market intelligence.


    • Look for and exploit opportunities to add value in our portfolio and asset management performance. You'll work with the development and finance teams to control and monitor this as part of the business plan.
    • Build a great network of regional and national consultants and colleagues. One to three years' experience in a relevant professional area, ideally in light industrial, retail or logistics real estate
    • You'll be assisting senior asset managers with validating valuations and forward-looking financial projections.
    • You're fluent in English.
    • Your head for data. You'll be able to digitize and track new data. You'll have great analytical, financial and negotiating skills.
    • A clean driving license.
