    As the Workplace Experience Manager, your primary responsibility is to elevate the soft services workplace environment for our client's employees and visitors. You will oversee the delivery of various soft services, including cleaning, catering, and reception, aiming to create a seamless and positive experience for all.

    Job Description

    Your key duties include developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall workplace experience, aligning with the client's expectations and industry best practices. This involves managing the day-to-day operations of soft services, ensuring that they adhere to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.

    Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise service delivery and address any challenges or issues that may arise.

    Through your leadership and strategic approach, you will play a crucial role in fostering a productive, comfortable, and welcoming work environment for our client's workforce and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall workplace experience


    • Manage the day-to-day operations of soft services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency


    • Coordinate with various teams to ensure that all services are delivered in a timely and professional manner


    • Handle budgeting and procurement for soft services, optimising costs without compromising on quality


    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain health, safety, and environmental standards


    • Provide leadership and direction to the soft services team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement


    • Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace experience-related queries and issues

    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


    • Proven experience in facilities management, hospitality or a related field


    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


    • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service


    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
