Internal Account Manager - Chesterfield - £23,000 - £24,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading suppliers of energy solutions with a focus on relationships and service on a contract basis for 12 months with a high probability of this being extended or being made permanent.

This isan exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience of working within a customer facing role who ideally enjoys sales.

Internal Account Manager Responsibilities:

Providing an excellent customer experience
Managing the accounts day to day and ensuring orders are placed and queries answered
Managing customer queries via all communication methods in a timely manner
Communicating with customers to negotiate new deals to resign contracts
Effectively managing price and offers to ensure we stay within set targets
Moving forward in the automation of all processes

Hours:

Monday
Friday 8.45am 5.00pm

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in a similar role
Experience negotiation and selling over the phone
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment
Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
