    Description

    Purchase Ledger Clerk required to join a friendly and supportive business based in the Poole area. The company offer true hybrid working 2-3 days in the office with parking on site.

    You will be supporting the accounting team by processing Purchase Ledger invoices across all legal entities, ensuring timely payments and processing daily cash operations.

    Duties:-

    • Process AP invoices across all legal entities
    • Investigate and resolve suppliers' invoices discrepancies
    • Daily bank reconciliations
    • Ad hoc duties

    The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in Purchase Ledger, good knowledge of general accounting, good level of Excel, Sage and Oracle would be advantageous. You must be customer focussed, organised and able to plan your daily, weekly, monthly tasks, have the drive and energy with high standards and work as a team player, as this is a busy international business.
