Blair West are working with the leading audit software provider to find a fully remote Sales Development Representative. The business is a fast-paced, agile and rapidly scaling technology company that provides platforms that transform accounting processes.

Their passion for the accounting profession and desire to serve the industry has led to their B2B SaaS product winning multiple awards, including international Accounting Bulletin's Accountancy Software of the year twice and the Queens Award for Enterprisein Innovation 2021.


The Opportunity:


  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound targeting efforts and followup of all inbound opportunities.
  • Qualify sales opportunities through consultative exploratory discussions with prospects.
  • Conduct tailored demonstrations and presentations to outline Inflo's product offering and articulate proposed solutions to prospects.
  • Translate customer requirements into propositions leveraging the Inflo SaaS platform, expert services and other Inflo offerings.
  • Review, interpret and respond to detailed requests for proposals and other procurement activities.
  • Develop market sector knowledge and keep current on industry issues and initiatives, and competitor activity, which can be drawn on to engage and position Inflo products and services.
  • Attend Industry events and deliver group presentations and demonstrations as necessary.
  • Complete contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with Customer Success colleagues to handover newly contracted customers.
  • Achieve performance against clearly defined key performance indicators, including monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Log all activity in Inflo's CRM system, actively managing the customer database to ensure information is kept up to date to enable accurate reporting, forecasting and targeted marketing activity to generate new business.
  • Have at least 3years' experience in a B2B consultative selling role.
  • Have experience of sales in a B2B SaaS business.
  • Be able to demonstrate a trackrecord of overachievement in delivering against sales targets and other KPIs.
  • Be able to recognise customer pain points and develop approaches to align Inflo's product offering to these through a consultative approach.
  • Have a desire to learn and understand the accounting profession.
  • Be a targetorientated, resourceful selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment where urgency, initiative and a "cando" attitude is required.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
  • Be comfortable presenting to business leaders and able to adapt to different audiences/preferences.
  • Be able to effectively utilize sales CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Have a relevant BA/BS Honours degree or higher.

  • Base salary of £2540k, £65K £105K OTE, based on experience, and uncapped monthly commissions
