    Salaryand Benefits Salary: £29,765 + £3,000 non-pensionable South East Weighting Allowance + £5,700 Golden Hello per annum
    Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including some evening and weekend work) There is also a relocation package available.

    Are you passionate about helping children build confidence through the experience of outdoor adventure? Would you like to work in 58 acres of beautiful enclosed woodland close to both London and the South Coast? We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Instructor to lead, motivate and develop a team of high quality instructors and trainees, ensuring industry best-practice and excellence in activity training and delivery.

    As a key member of the Centre Leadership Team, you will be able to clearly communicate our Christian ethos, objectives, mission and vision to staff and guests.

    You will need to have experience of leading and motivating a staff team as well as strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

    The successful applicant will ideally need to hold the following qualifications:

    ML (S), RCI, British Canoeing Coaching Award – Open Canoe or White Water Kayak and nationally recognised Mountain Biking Leader.
