    We are currently recruiting Entry LevelRecruitment Consultants for our Contracts Recruitment Division to grow a number of already well-established, warm desks within the Life Science industry. This role would be situated in our brand-new, ultra-modern offices in Crawley town centre.

    That means for Barrington James, we grow at the same speed. Our global team of 250+ consultants each specialise in a niche vertical of the drug development process, ensuring clients are provided with rare candidates unseen elsewhere. The company has had its most successful 18 months ever, leading to the multiple breaking of both individual and company records. As the life science market expands, so do we.

    We're looking for a confident biller who's ready to make the step up to big vacancies and even bigger fees: our average deal value sits at £24,000. This leads to regular billing months of £110k+.

    • Sourcing niche, high-caliber candidates for vacancies within the Life Science market
    • Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
    • Managing the full 360 recruitment process
    • Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
