Absolute Engineering are a globally recognised leading engineering manufacturer specialising withing bespoke high-speed printing industry. We are currently looking for a
CNC Milling Operator/Programmer to join the team at Skelmanthorpe, Huddersfield as a result of a business growth.


We are looking for knowledgeable and skilled colleagues with strong work ethics and positive attitude to enter a top environment of highly experienced trades people.

Salary:


  • Up to 16 p/h
  • Overtime rate: x1.5

The Role:


  • Programming/Operating CNC Milling machine
  • Monitoring the work process
  • Checking the quality of work
  • Carrying out basic maintenance
  • Using engineering drawings
  • Adhering to Health and Safety
  • General housekeeping

Working hours:


  • Monday to Thursday 07:30 16:30 & Friday 07:30 14:00
  • 40 hours a week
  • Overtime available and essential

Requirements:


  • Previous experience on working in programming and operating CNC Milling
  • Experience in working within a manufacturing environment
  • HNC, HND, BTEC Level 3 NVQ Level
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems
