Role Overview:
As the Head of Music, you will lead a vibrant music department, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Working closely with students, staff, and the wider community, you will inspire a love for music and cultivate talent at every level.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum that aligns with national standards and promotes musical literacy and appreciation.
Lead rehearsals, performances, and competitions, nurturing students' musical abilities and fostering a sense of achievement and pride.
Manage and mentor a team of music teachers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate music into cross-curricular projects and enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
