    The Role

    We're on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to become an integral part of our team, you'll serve as the vital link between our clients and our project team. With the chance to immerse yourself in a diverse range of projects spanning various industries, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier experiences for some of the world's biggest brands as well as smaller local businesses We're looking for a collaborative individual who excels in generating high-quality ideas. Coupled with excellent organisational and communication abilities, this individual must be committed to maximizing the potential of our projects while strengthening relationships with our clients.

    Responsibilities

    As an Account Manager at OCD Studio, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing projects across your assigned accounts.

    Client Management & Business Development

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
    • Nurture strong relationships with clients.
    • Facilitate seamless communication between clients and our internal project team.
    • Efficiently develop and communicate project timelines and schedules.
    • Ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and delivery.
    • Assist in resource management, including coordination with freelancers, suppliers, and third parties as required.
    • Collaborate with the wider team to meet client needs effectively.
    • Contribute to internal process optimisation and implementation of new tools, as necessary.
    • Assist in crafting written elements of presentations and proposals.
    • Contribute to new business generation and with involvement in meetings and pitches.
    • Proofread and review presentations, artwork, and documents for accuracy.
    • Identify opportunities to forge new and grow existing accounts
    • Maintain processes of the CRM to ensure accurate data and optimise future lead generation

    Key Behaviours and Requirements

    • A genuine passion for brand experiences, and creativity.
    • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
    • 2-4 years of prior experience successfully managing client projects within a marketing agency.
    • Presenting work to clients online or face-to-face.
    • Positive, confident, self-motivated.
    • Ability to cultivate strong working relationships internally and externally.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in client interactions.
    • A collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
    • Proficiency in relevant project management tools, with a willingness to adapt to new software's.
    • Good attention to detail.
