    We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Headteacher to lead our brand-new Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) school in Dudley.     Role Overview:

    As the Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading the school to new heights of excellence. Together we are seeking an inspirational and visionary leader who is passionate about SEMH education and is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and fostering strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strong and effective leadership, inspiring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement a clear vision and strategic plan for the school, in line with SEMH best practices.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes the well-being and development of all students.
    • Lead and manage a dedicated team of educators and support staff, providing guidance and support to enable professional growth.
    • Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and the community to enhance the school's impact and support network.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • NPQH Preferred
    • Proven experience in a Headship role within a SEMH or SEN setting.
    • Strong understanding of SEMH needs and effective strategies for supporting students.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators and support staff.

    Location:

    Commutable from Nottingham, Stoke-on-Trent, and Shrewsbury

    Salary and Benefits:

    The salary for this role is up to £72,000 depending on experience
