    Job Purpose:

    Due to an internal promotion, we are excited to be looking for a People & Culture Manager to join our close-knit People team on a maternity cover contract.

    Working in partnership with our current People & Culture Manager (who focuses on Italy & UK), the successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle for our employees (who we refer to as Thinkers) in Greece and UK.

    You will play a key role in supporting projects that will enhance Thinker engagement and wellbeing while acting as a business partner to the Company by providing high-quality and efficient P&C advice and support in a manner that retains and enhances TTT's 'thoughtful' culture.

    Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Managers, Thinkers, ContractorsKey responsibilitiesEmployee RelationsEnsure the harmonisation of our three geographic locations (e.g.

    alignment of HR and payroll processes)Managing complex employee relations caseworkDeveloping, communicating and implementing new policiesRecruitmentManaging and planning the end-to-end recruitment and selection processAssisting with shortlisting and attending interviews as requiredPartnering with external recruiters and managing the PSL, negotiating rates and terms and conditionsPayroll, reward and benefitsLeading the delivery of monthly payroll processes in Greece and working in partnership with the People & Culture Manager (Italy & UK), liaising with outsourced payroll providers in each countryOversight and, in conjunction with the People & Culture Coordinator, administration of pension and benefits schemesSupporting the annual pay review process with responsibility for salary benchmarkingHR OperationsProviding accurate and timely advice to Thinkers, managers and SLT on all P&C-related mattersSupport the refinement of our HRIS (Zoho People), including regular data cleansingDeveloping reporting on P&C KPIs, providing analysis and recommendationsSupporting the Head of People & Culture with budgeting, headcount planning processes and monthly Board reportingEmployee engagementLeading the annual Employee Engagement SurveySupporting SLT and Social Committee with employee engagement initiatives (e.g.

    welcome lunches and social events, 'Surprise and Delight' scheme) Diversity, Equity and InclusionEnsuring communications use gender-neutral and non-discriminatory language Advising managers on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employeesRecommending benefits that cater to all employeesOrganising training for Thinkers on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusionA full job description will be provided for candidates who are invited for an interview.
