Hutcheon Mearns are supporting a successful business, based on the west side of Dundee, to recruit a key role in finance.

Developing supplier relationships and providing robust purchase ledger processes.

Supporting other colleagues in finance the role will be varied including:


  • Maintaining accurate and up to date supplier details and account records
  • Daily administration and associated tasks as directed by the Finance Manager
  • Registration of purchase invoices
  • Checking compliance of invoices with purchase orders and deliveries
  • Distribution of invoices for approval
  • Processing of invoices on the system
  • Management and resolution of invoice queries
  • Liaison with suppliers and reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Preparation of suggested payment runs.
  • Various other monthend or yearend tasks as required.
