Hutcheon Mearns are supporting a successful business, based on the west side of Dundee, to recruit a key role in finance.
Developing supplier relationships and providing robust purchase ledger processes.Supporting other colleagues in finance the role will be varied including:
- Maintaining accurate and up to date supplier details and account records
- Daily administration and associated tasks as directed by the Finance Manager
- Registration of purchase invoices
- Checking compliance of invoices with purchase orders and deliveries
- Distribution of invoices for approval
- Processing of invoices on the system
- Management and resolution of invoice queries
- Liaison with suppliers and reconciliation of supplier statements
- Preparation of suggested payment runs.
- Various other monthend or yearend tasks as required.
