    Construction Solicitor - Nottingham- Legal 500 Law Firm - Hybrid

    My client is a leading Legal 500 law firm with offices across the Midlands, currently looking for a Associate to Senior Associate to join their Construction team to assist with its varied and quality workload from a diverse client base based in Nottingham .

    The role will involve assisting the partners and other members of the team in providing legal guidance and advice to existing clients and engage in new business development activities. You will work to support the core Infrastructure and Construction team in the provision of a high quality legal service to clients

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide clients with appropriate guidance and advice on all aspects of Infrastructure and Construction law.
    • Advise on case strategy and proactively make service improvements and cross-referrals.
    • Analyse problems, highlight areas of risk and think critically to resolve issues.
    • Develop and maintain good client relationships and enhance the Firm's client base by effective liaison with existing and new clients.
    • Demonstrate a planned approach to business development, attending events and actively targeting new work.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with relevant experience in the field.
    • Excellent level of technical legal knowledge.
    • Ability to communicate confidently with both clients and all department levels across the Firm.
    • Ability to identity where support and guidance for junior members of the team is needed.
    • Project a professional image at all times.
