Are you an experience Cost Consultant with experience working on large scale office fit outs?

Are you interested in working for one of the largest and most successful real estate consultancies?

Deverellsmith shares a long and successful relationship with one the most prestigious estate agents who are now growing their commercial and residential real.

The role

To undertake a range of projects, both new build and the modification of existing buildings, with projects up to 300,000 sqft.

Due to the success of the team they are looking to add a Senior Cost Consultant to compliment a smaller group who support the widerPM and development team.

Responsibilities

Measurement and Cost Planning
Advise to Client's on most suitable form of Contract and procurement route
Work closely with external consultants, including architects and engineers;
Attendance at design team meetings
Production of tender documents, tender analysis and tender reports
Preparing Contract documents
Cost Reporting, Valuations and cost control at post Contracts stage
Agreement of final accounts
Working with the team in terms of marketing and pushing the team forward to further success.
Attendance Client meetings with mínimal supervision
Run projects on a 'day to day' basis with mínimal supervision.
