Contract:
Permanent, full-time


Working Hours: 40 per week 8am - 4:30pm. Monday to Friday, and Saturdays following Bank Holidays


Salary:
£18,950.36


Serco's Environmental Services provide a complete waste, recycling, and street cleansing service on behalf of the residents and community of Watton.

With a professional, dedicated, and friendly team, our environmental staff ensure that our streets, homes, and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to the community that we serve.

Right now, we have an opportunity for a like-minded Yardperson to join our team of essential workers and help us to make a positive difference to the environment we all live in.

This role will see you take responsibility for keeping the yard clean and tidy and making sure it's a safe environment to work in.

You will also be driving the trucks, washing them, and performing a regular bin count, as well as any other general tasks that are required by the contract.

You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as be self-motivated with the willingness to undertake further training when required and work well within a team.
