The Opportunity: Business Development Manager
Join our client, a leading waste and recycling solutions provider, as they embark on an exciting growth journey. This dynamic business, located in Manchester and is on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to contribute to their success.
Key Responsibilities:
·Upsell waste and recycling solutions to existing customers.
·Complete client site risk assessments and audits.
·Handle inbound inquiries and pre-qualify opportunities.
·Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
·Update CRM daily with accurate prospect information.
·Participate in regional networking events to showcase our client's services.
·Complete weekly KPI sheets and attend regular sales meetings.
·Book appointments with key management personnel in target organizations.
·Cross-sell additional services, such as shredding and hazardous waste.
·Manage diary and priorities effectively.
·Respond to helpdesk queries within 24 hours.
·Assist the administration and service team with the implementation of new services.
·Any other duties as reasonably requested by your Line Manager.
