    Tasks

    • Manageand optimize the companys CRM system ensuring smooth functionalityand data accuracy.
    • Configure and customize thesystem to meet user needs and businessgoals.
    • Create and maintain user profilesmanaging access permissions.
    • Generateinsightful reports and analyze data to understand client behaviorand trends.
    • Provide ongoing training andsupport to users on CRM functionalities.
    • Offerprompt and courteous technical support to clients troubleshootingand resolving issues related to the trading platform accountmanagement and other features.
    • Communicateeffectively with clients to understand their concerns and provideclear solutions.
    • Document and escalate complexissues to the appropriate technical teammembers.
    • Maintain and update knowledge basearticles and FAQs.
    • Stay current on companyproducts andservices.

    Requirements

    • 1year of experience as a CRM administrator or similar role(required)
    • Prior experience in theCFDs/FX/iGaming or a similar industry(essential)
    • Excellent English language skills(written and spoken)
    • Proven proficiency with aleading CRM platform (e.g. SalesforceHubSpot)
    • Strong understanding of CRM bestpractices and data management principles
    • Solidcomputer literacy and basic troubleshootingabilities
    • Excellent organizational andcommunicationskills
