    Closing Date: 6th May 2024Interviews will be held of w/c 13th May 2024Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Supporter Journeys Project Manager to join our Fundraising Strategy & Operations based in London.

    This is a 12 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.

    About us We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.

    Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment.

    We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
    The Fundraising Strategy & Operations Team was introduced during a recent restructure of the Fundraising Directorate.

    The team is designed to deliver the Fundraising strategy (and associated strategies) and provide high quality operations to support the Fundraising Directorate.

    The team has a variety of different functions including Supporter Care, Strategic Liaison with Service teams, Compliance, Supporter Journeys and Communications & Marketing, as well as general administration.

    The team deliver small and large scale process and systems projects to ensure fundraisers can focus on excellent relationships with donors and supporters.

    About you A proven track record of developing customer or supporter journeys and experience working in or with marketing teams.

    Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skillsAn analytical thinker with demonstrable skills in developing solutions using quantitative and qualitative approaches.

    Knowledge and demonstrable experience of adhering to GDPR and PECR laws and codes of conduct.

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracyExcellent numerical skills with the ability to understand financial informationStrong project management skills and the ability to implement projects across multiple teams to deadlinesExcellent written, verbal and IT skills, including MS Office and a working knowledge of administrative systemsDemonstrable experience of audience listening, research and insights techniquesExperience of preparing and presenting management reportsWhat you'll be doingMapping all current supporter journeys and audiences (personas) across Fundraising in an aligned and unified manner, constantly keeping the maps up to date as journeys develop.

    Creating frameworks to support teams in their journey planning, developing tailored and engaging supporter journeys which will build loyalty and increase life-time value and create new journeys maps where there are gaps or as the need arises.

    Designing, testing, delivering and evaluating supporter journeys for specified groups of supporters within the Fundraising Directorate.

    Gathering/commissioning supporter insight to ensure all supporter journeys activity is shaped by evidence, and takes into account supporters' values, motivations and attitudes.

    Providing support to all fundraising teams, ensuring all supporter groups receive the right creative and innovative communications throughout the year.
