- Domiciliary Care Manager Hornchurch, Essex Competitive Salary Manorcourt Homecare, a Top 20 rated care provider, are recruiting for a Manager for our domiciliary care branch in Hornchurch which is rated Good by CQC. About the branch: The Hornchurch office is centrally located and provides domiciliary care to a number of local people across Hornchurch and the surrounding areas. The branch delivers around hours of high standard care each week and is rated 9.1 on About you: Are you passionate and committed to providing quality care? Our Registered Managers lead by example, managing a team of carers and support staff to meet our clients needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the branch from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for both staff and clients. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home.
