    Job description - Maintenance Business Support


    We are looking for applicants who understand that we do a lot of work in other people's homes, and on behalf of clients, and we treat those valued customers in the same way we treat a much-respected family member whilst also keeping them safe.

    Of course, you will also be a great Maintenance Business Support person and proud to do quality work, as part of a vast team in our Cardiff Head Office.

    You will be responsible for the support of running the day to day Maintenance workstream.

    You will contribute to the smooth delivery of the section for our clients, specified performance criteria and timescales, whilst ensuring full compliance within timescales.

    You may be required to provide regular reports relating to service delivery and performance. IT skills and confidence to use them in a fast-paced environment is essential.

    Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:

    • Using order management system (service connect) through the day to log orders, track work progress, and instruct works to subcontractors.
    • Supporting current team of contracts administrator
    • Assist with recruitments process
    • Assist with IT withing section of business
    • Provide data to create client KPI reports
    • Analys data and provide information to Contracts Managers
    • Create statistic information from management system and report to Operations manager
    • Support Customer Care Manager analysing client feedback
