    As theStudio Manager you will be the one to ensure that our new CanaryWharf Millharbour studio will be wellcoordinated and productive bymanaging its procedures and coaching your team. The ideal candidatemust be competent have fitness leadership as well as salesexperience and be able to plan/execute a multitude ofoperational/sales activities.

    As the lead forthe sales function the Studio Manager must create and execute alead generation/marketing strategy plan to grow fitness membershipsales as well as promote the health and wellness benefitsassociated with a healthy lifestyle. The Studio Manager is not onlya mentor but an Ambassador of our brand and a proven leader.

    The candidate must be an excellent leader whocan motivate staff/members and provide and maintain the highestlevel of customer service.

    Ultimately the StudioManagers main responsibility is to grow the business and thereforetakes the lead on all membership sales from lead all the way tomembership conversion. Your financial and professional success willbe dictated on whether or not the business performs financially.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Studio GrowthRetention:

    Lead initial andongoing sales initiatives (presale events studio events communityoutreach) ensuring membership acquisition and retention.

    Create annual marketing plan for social mediadigital/print marketing and community events.

    Manage all incoming leads to generate the highest conversion ratepossible

    Meet or exceed required performancemetrics (KPIs).

    Operations

    Manage the daily operations of the studio.

    Manage studio operating expense and payroll budgets within targets.

    Manage/coordinate vendors/suppliers.

    Maintain topnotch cleanliness appearance andorganization of the studio.

    Maintainserviceability of training equipment.

    Coachingworld class sessions (12 hours per week minimum).

    Community:

    Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service byleading from the front and setting high standards for what youexpect from your team.

    Execute communitycalendar promotions and events.

    Develop all F45Challenge plans and execute all agreed plans.

    BrandRecognition:

    Ensure complianceand adherence to F45 business policies and standards.

    Assist with special projects events andpromotions as needed.

    Demonstrate knowledge ofthe brand and model behavior in accordance with company standards.

    TeamLeadership:

    Recruit hire trainmanage and develop a dynamic team of fitness trainers and staff.

    Track and ensure accuracy of all mandatoryeducation certifications/training for all trainers.

    Train and manage all staff in accordance withthe F45 policies and methods.

    Develop a highenergy culture through purpose driven and incentive basedmotivation.

    Plan and coordinate shift scheduleand ensure the smooth running of a fully staffed daily classschedule.

    Prepare weekly and monthly reportsfor team based on Studio performance.

    Qualifications:

    Level 3 PT Qualifications

    CPR/AED/First AidCertification

    2 years of proven salesleadership in the Health & Fitness industry

    3 years of management experience includingdirectly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiringtraining supporting disciplining and terminating

    Comfort working with budgets payroll revenueand forecasting

    Knowledge of business processesand functions (finance HR procurement operationsetc).
