    An opportunity has arisen within the Asylum Health Bridging Team to work as a Band 5 Registered Nurse (Adult) supporting and meeting the needs of the population within the service. This is a full-time post for 37.5 hours a week.

    The service operates Monday-Friday

    The post holder will provide assessment and treatment and Education on health for the Asylum and refugee service as part of homelessness services. This post requires you to work as part of a Health & Social Care Partnership model and as an autonomous practitioner to promote, provide and coordinate care in a variety of locations. The Asylum Health Bridging Team nursing service operates an open-access policy delivering care to individuals and families within homeless and asylum accommodation.

    You will be a Registered Nurse (Adult) with significant post-registration physical health experience with an interest in complex needs, homelessness and displaced populations: previous experience within their field would be advantageous but not essential.
