Interview Date: 31 March 202- 37 hours 30 minutes/week
Daily involvement with multidisciplinary teams, confidence in ability to oversee a senior manager's diary and the ability to work as part of a team are essential requirements for this post.
An example of what you can expect to be involved in:
- Exposure to sensitive information
- supporting with investigation of Claims and Complaints
- Organisation of case reviews
- Supporting to maintain staff training records and sessions
- Spreadsheet maintenance and data entry
- Arranging meetings
- Booking rooms
- Creating reports
- Letter generation
- Any other ad hoc administration

- To provide comprehensive secretarial/administrative support to the Directorate Management Team, Specialist Midwives, and Risk Management Team.
- Data entry/collation and report production
- Extensive liaison with medical, Midwifery and Nursing staff in addition to other agencies.
- Coordination and maintenance of internal staff Training sessions/records
