The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience/understanding of ensuring robust and timely management of personal and departmental objectives.

The successful applicant will be positive about change with an ability to adapt rapidly to changing circumstances.

Interview Date: 31 March 202- 37 hours 30 minutes/week


Daily involvement with multidisciplinary teams, confidence in ability to oversee a senior manager's diary and the ability to work as part of a team are essential requirements for this post.

You will be confident in attending meetings and taking minutes, demonstrating an understanding of confidentiality requirements within the Trust.

  • Exposure to sensitive information
  • supporting with investigation of Claims and Complaints
  • Organisation of case reviews
  • Supporting to maintain staff training records and sessions
  • Spreadsheet maintenance and data entry
  • Arranging meetings
  • Booking rooms
  • Creating reports
  • Letter generation
  • Any other ad hoc administration

  • To provide comprehensive secretarial/administrative support to the Directorate Management Team, Specialist Midwives, and Risk Management Team.
  • Data entry/collation and report production
  • Extensive liaison with medical, Midwifery and Nursing staff in addition to other agencies.
  • Coordination and maintenance of internal staff Training sessions/records
