- Leading and managing the Project Planning process and function within complex, large scale (£200m+) projects.
- Generating, implementing and managing the Planning Execution Plan.
- Providing technical support to sector senior management.
- Presenting programmes and progress to external clients on projects and bids / tenders.
- Developing and implementing Business Improvement Initiatives.
- Developing and implementing systems to establish project data output standards and benchmarking.
- Producing monthly planning dashboard data with insights for improvement.
- Identifying problems, create new solutions and instigate timely reviews of progress to deliver.
