    Description

    Our client is a supplier of industrial LEV, dust control and ventilation equipment and due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Project Manager LEV / HVAC.

    We are seeking a Project Manager with excellent mechanical & electrical engineering knowledge who is capable of managing multiple HVAC / LEV and plant room projects simultaneously.

    The Role:

    The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple HVAC / LEV projects simultaneously from order receipt through to installation, commissioning and project sign off.

    Your duties will include but is not limited to the following;

    • Oversee delivery of planned M&E, HVAC and plant room works on time and within budget
    • Undertake job / project surveys
    • Liaise with sales team on the design for the job
    • BOM's
    • Manage contractors through construction / installation phase through to completion / sign off
    • RAM's HSE etc etc
    • Instructing / reporting of invoicing and variations
    • Deal with reactive client queries.
    • Attend weekly projects meeting and report on current status of projects

    The role is mainly office based however approximately 30% of your time will be spent in the field.

    Candidate:

    You will be an experienced Project Manager with excellent Mechanical & Electrical knowledge and ideally you will be familiar with HVAC, LEV Plant room and / or extraction plant.

    You will be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    You will be a Project Manager with excellent mechanical and / or electrical engineering skills and applicants with M&E construction background (commercial or industrial) are welcome to apply.

    Applicants with CAD experience would be beneficial however not essential.

    You must have a clean driving licence and excellent communication skills.

    Monday to Friday
