Marketing Manager
A confident and proactive Marketing Manager is sought after to join a growing jewellery retailer.

We are looking for someone with a talent for social media and understanding of marketing trends, as the business seeks to expand to other cities.

This role willbe rewarding for applicants who are able to take ownership of their position and creatively problem solve as the company grows.


Salary:
£33,000 - £37,000

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Knowledgeable around social trends and influencers (e.g., TikTok)
  • Ability to create and develop a brand tone of voice
  • Skilled in copywriting across all Digital platforms & offline marketing
  • Have experience with leading and supporting in the delivery of campaigns
  • Experience of marketing within the jewellery/beauty retail sector is desirable

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all online and offline marketing
  • Design, develop and rollout digital marketing and social media strategies, being the driving force behind growing brand awareness on all marketing channels
  • Schedule and post social content across all platforms, maintaining consistent brand messaging and tone of voice
  • Cultivate brand awareness, growth, and sales in other cities outside of Liverpool
  • Work to develop the TikTok Shop growth strategy as an extra revenue stream
  • Be proactive and creative, planning and executing innovative ideas to grow all marketing Channels, working alongside the wider marketing team
  • Continuously measure and monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making improvements, and identifying new opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Work alongside retailers to make sure the brand is a key focus across their marketing strategy and highlight areas of improvement with the retailers
  • Provide monthly insight reports & catch ups with external marketing
  • Conduct competitor research and monitor community channels, identifying social trends and opportunities for marketing, and building these into the strategy
