    Description

    Head of Retention | SaaS | Near Sheffield

    Company snapshot:

    The role:

    • Lead and manage a team within a high-volume cancellation/query department.
    • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention.
    • Drive the overall strategy for the retention team, aligning it with company goals and objectives.
    • Analyse cancellation trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Design and execute training programs to empower the team to effectively convert cancellations into renewed customers.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to enhance the overall customer experience and retention.
    • Monitor key retention metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

    About you:

    • Proven experience in managing a team, preferably within a retention or customer service environment.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing retention strategies.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a high volume of cancellations.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Experience in the software industry is a plus, however B2B experience is considered

    Package:

    • Up to £65,000 OTE £100,000 (uncapped)
