    The roleAct as a Senior Technical Consultant for key clientsPartner with account teams to provide technical expertiseAct as an owner for the IT Infrastructure portfolio, including service delivery and contractual metricsDrive continuous improvement projects and innovative tech solutionsWork closely with key clients on their IT strategy roadmapDevelop, coach and mentor L3/L4 engineersThe PersonStrong experience in systems administrationExperience working directly with enterprise level clients - ideally 2+ years experience as a Technical Account ManagerExperience managing teams of engineersExperienced in service delivery on an international scaleStrong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, virtualisation, data centresExcellent communication and critical thinking skills ​​​​​​​The salary range for this role is up to £70,000.Get in touch for full info - contact Carol Donnelly on or submit your CV for a completely confidential discussion.
