- Salary ranges from £60,000 - £65,000, plus an approximate service charge £8,000 - £10,000.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury property.
- Excellent knowledge of wines and champagne and food.
- Strong upselling skills and customer service know-how.
- Ability to speak and write French is essential.

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic French-speaking Food & Beverage Manager who has luxury experience with both managing a bar and restaurant. They will be reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and have the Restaurant Manager and F&B team reporting into them. We require a can-do attitude and complete flexibility with their schedule.
As a luxurious five-star hotel situated in the vibrant heart of Chelsea, we are set in a 19th-century building, the hotel unites the architectural Art Nouveau curves and stylish elegance, representing a modern luxury. With only 30 bedrooms, this hotel is very much a luxury boutique property.
