    Location: Leeds / West Yorkshire

    Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary + bonuses

    We are working with a multi £m turnover organisation within the tech space and an innovator within the HR technology and Wellbeing space. We are searching for a Customer Success Account Manager to come on board and manage a range of existing customers, selling a range of employee engagement software into SME, mid-market and large enterprise accounts as well as ensuring maximum adoption of the technology, on-boarding and customer support.

    Operating in a hybrid role, you will be working predominantly from the office, with one or two days per week from home, and occasionally client site, ideally being based in the Leeds or Yorkshire region but commutable.

    Experience wise we are flexible, however a proven track record in B2B sales, account management, customer support. Experience within the technology market is highly desirable.
