Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Quality Assurance Facilitator to deliver the Trust Quality Assurance workstreams, contributing to improving outcomes in clinical quality and patient experience across mental health, community health and primary care services in East London, Bedfordshire and Luton.
The post holder will support with regular collection of feedback and reviewing processes and systems, embedded in a culture of continued development and improvement.
The post holder will have an opportunity to undertake training to become a Quality Improvement Coach, and have direct involvement in quality improvement work in the Trust, as well as bringing those skills to bear in the quality assurance field.
