- Collection of outstanding monies due, including rent and service charges from occupiers in accordance with Client targets
- Working with the Client Leads to understand and work towards the client's arrears strategy, meeting service delivery expectations as well as the enforcement of any litigation
- Build relationship mitigating disputes and actively lowering aged debt.
- Monitoring and reporting of all arrears and payment plans in accordance with internal policies and Client requirements to ensure the ability to enforce any debt delinquency
- Compile and Aged Debts and Collection Performance reports in accordance with our and Client requirements
- Working with the Cashiering team to identify occupier income and unallocated cash items
- Maintain accurate records including the Property Management Systems
- Monitoring statutory and internal compliance
- Prior Credit Control experience ideally in a commercial or residential background
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- The ability to work in a team and individually
- Able to build rapport quickly.
