Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in
Nottingham looking to add an experienced
Purchase Ledger to their team.
They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.
This is an
office-based permanent opportunity, looking to provide an excellent
benefits and salary package of £22,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
Key skills:
- Highly organised
- Working to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Responsibilities:
- Scan invoices/credit notes
- Enter coding details as appropriate
- Credit notes to Purchase Orders & goods received/returned accruals
- Preparation and posting of supplier payments on a timely basis
- Investigate and resolve payment issues
- Administer personal expense claims
