- Assist in managing the Engineering Change process, collaborating closely with design and operations teams.
- Learn to maintain and update the ERP system to ensure accuracy of technical and manufacturing data.
- Provide support for manufacturing processes, including updating work Instructions and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
- Gain experience in analysing quality incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Learn to utilise 3D CAD software to ensure accuracy of manufacturing drawings.
- Assist in monitoring and improving operational systems such as kanban.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing engineering.
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn ERP systems, preferably SAP.
