- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Bartender, preferably in a restaurant environment

The bartender role is a balance of making cocktails and other drinks for our guests and looking after diners at the bar so you must love working with food too. For the creative bartenders, there is also a bonus scheme for cocktails you list on our menu.What's in it for you:
