    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify and attract potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.

    Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and effectively match candidates with client requirements.

    Candidate Placement: Facilitate the placement process by coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and providing guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and recruitment strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

    Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and job postings using our CRM system. Handle administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, preparing reports, and managing documentation as required.


    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
    • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
