Leading design on projects
Leading product design and strategy for products and services at the company
Iterating on or introducing design processes
Leading the design thinking for these projects
Leading on the development of a design system for core products and services
Reviewing and documenting work to enable a clean handover and collaboration between design, product and engineering
Conducting or planning regular usability tests
Reviewing feedback, identifying pain points, and analysing data to find opportunities to improve the user experience
Proven experience across the full design lifecycle
Strong understanding of Agile
An understanding of interaction design, accessible design, service design and content design
Strong user experience vision
Ability to run user testing
An understanding of basic html, css/scss and/or javascript
