Main purpose


Be responsible for ScribePro's digital marketing and communications activities to raise the profile of ScribePro, driving awareness and engagement across website, social and within the sports industry.


About ScribePro


Our first product, ScribePro Team, is available on mobile and desktop and is proving to be a game-changer for protecting clinicians and players across the world in football and rugby.

We work with customers from domestic clubs to national and international sporting associations; one minute we're chatting to Falkirk FC and the next, we're chatting to FIFA With all our customers, we work closely with them to keep up to date with what matters to their team.


Company growth is moving at quite a pace, as we're continuing to add to our team whilst renovating an excellent space in Glasgow City centre, to give us all a home.

We are a small, friendly group with a shared enthusiasm for enabling better care in sport.

The role


You'll get the chance to work with some excellent domestic and international sports teams and their support teams across our customer base, with a view to making exciting and engaging features and content.

Working together with our Designer, you'll ensure our brand and comms are refined and consistent.

This role will involve an exciting mix of the following responsibilities;

  • Creation & delivery of the digital marketing strategy, deploying organic & paid social media campaigns.
  • Planning upcoming posts, recognising current trends and being quick to react to them.
  • Building and maintaining our social media presence for the brand and it's direction.
  • Track performance & report on digital marketing campaigns, using insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Ensure our WordPress website is regularly updated and responsive to consumer needs.
  • Work with colleagues to create consistent brand guidelines, voice and messaging.
  • Work with identified customers to bring ScribePro to life.
  • Collating and planning posts on social media, responding to comments and replies, engaging with industry updates and discussions.
  • Increase awareness and engagement on social media channels, analysing impact and growth and providing insights to the wider team.
  • Creating SEO content to rank ScribePro high on search engines and increase website conversions.
  • Ensure a standardised approach is taken to presentation and brand‐led decision‐making and activity.
  • Work with design colleagues to create engaging graphics and imagery for multichannel campaigns.
  • As part of the team, keep in touch with developments in the industry to offer relevant commentary and communications.
  • Regularly review all content and digital platforms' performance and recommend areas for improvement and growth.

Essential

  • Proven experience working within a marketing/digital marketing position
  • Great at writing impactful content and knowing audiences
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar, excellent copywriting skills
  • A confident communicator that can brief internal and external stakeholders
  • An enthusiastic team player, willing to pick up and run with whatever is thrown your way
  • Highly driven and focused on taking ownership of the delivery of targets
  • Keen to learn and develop new skills
  • Responsive to feedback
  • Adapts quickly to procedural and technical changes
  • Selfmotivated

Desirable

  • Educated to degree level or qualifications in marketing, communications, copywriting or journalism
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and react quickly in an evolving and fast paced environment
  • Current experience of working with innovative and effective digital communications
  • A proven ability to write compelling digital media content that engages and increases audiences
  • Experience of building and maintaining professional working relationships
  • Experience of using creative and editing software packages

Desirable platform experience

  • Social media and activity management platform
  • Hubspot CRM platform
  • WordPress
  • Adobe (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, InDesign or Illustrator)
  • Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with relevant Microsoft software packages

What we offer

  • Full time, permanent (37.5hrs per week)
- £22,000-£28,000 per year, dependent on experience
