    Product Manager, Tom Ford Beauty - Travel Retail EMA (based UK)

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join the Tom Ford Beauty brand cluster in Travel Retail EMA team. The position will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and is based in our London offices.

    The role will primarily be responsible for overseeing all Product Management and Marketing activations for Tom Ford Beauty across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region in Travel Retail.

    The Product Manager will work closely with the Regional Brand Director, Regional Marketing Manager, Travel Retail Global Marketing, Field & Corporate Sales, Lachen Distribution Centre, Consumer Insight and Category Management, Pricing, Visual Merchandising, Digital and Communications teams, with the priority focus of fuelling and accelerating growth of these important high end fragrance brands. A key part of this plan includes driving strong and sustainable growth on Tom Ford Beauty.

    The Product Manager role will be a key stakeholder for the execution of the hero product strategy & 360 activations for each brand, working with the Regional Marketing Manager and Regional Brand Director on forecasting of new product launches, ownership of the assortment, partnering with VM, Integrated Marketing, Sales teams & Travel Retail Global teams to ensure flawless execution across the region for Tom Ford Beauty TR EMA. Additionally, the Product Manager will partner with both the Branded Retail Team and Corporate Sales Team in the development and presentation of Trade Marketing Calendars and Plans to key Retailers.

    The Product Manager will work closely with the dedicated Visual Merchandiser to ensure excellence in execution and will support the Consumer Marketing activations including digital media, influencers and ecommerce. Other responsibilities include budget building and tracking, analysis of hero products and key launches, product allocation to the sales team, monitoring of stock levels of both saleable products as well as collateral items and ad hoc projects as required.

    Qualifications

    You will need to demonstrate outstanding analytical and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, as well as commercial acumen and strong presentation skills. Digital marketing experience and interest is essential. The ability to be proactive and consistently evaluate and improve processes is required to thrive in this role. A creative, flexible and positive 'can do' approach and an ability to work in a fast-moving pressurised environment are paramount is key.
