Overview:
MET Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Team Leaders for a large distribution company based in Kingswinford. This company is the UK market leading for distribution working with high quality brands.
Duties:
Overviewing a team on the food production line
Working at a fast pace
Assisting on the production, packing light products.
Delegating tasking and targets to production line workers
Ensuring Relevant safety paperwork is filled out.
The ideal candidate needs:
Have people leadership skills.
Experience from a production / packaging or assembly environment.
Good Communication skills
Have Food logistic experience would be needed.
A team player
Hours:
Monday – Friday
6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm rotating on a weekly basis OR 10pm - 6am, Fixed Shift
Full Time – 37.5 hours
