One of the UK's leading accountancy and business advisory firms is seeking an Early Talent Advisor to join the team on a 12-month FTC.

Joining a fantastic Early Talent team, your role as Early Talent Advisor will focus on the retention and development of early talent recruited into the firm, and you will therefore support the delivery of the ongoing learning and development of early talentemployees (school leavers and graduates).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Talent Advisor, with previous experience in an early talent and/or learning and development role, to join a brilliant People team during an exciting period of growth and expansion.


As Early Talent Advisor you will:

  • Work to support early talent employees throughout their career at the firm, by working with the Early Talent Manager on promotion processes and offering ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Ensure the development of the early talent population by supporting the review process and performance improvement process
  • Prep and facilitate induction activities
  • Prep and facilitate various professional skills training and seek to broaden the trainee development opportunities where possible
  • Build and maintain relationships with training providers
  • Seek to support employee development by utilising the firms' network to identify secondment opportunities
  • Work closely with the team, including the Recruiter for Early Talent to support with attraction events, DE&I events and assessment centres.
